The mowing season starts the second week in March and finishes up the last week in November.
A schedule will be mailed to you showing dates of the week will be start service and all your following mowings.
The best practice is get a combination lock for your gate, and provide the combination to Lawn Man so the crew has the combination to access the backyard. If you forget to unlock the gate we will not come back until your next scheduled service.
It is best to keep your pet inside the day of service. The crew members are not comfortable mowing while the pet is in the backyard. We are also not responsible for any pet that escapes the backyard if left out. Please make sure as much as possible pet waste is picked up for your day of service.
On the event of unsatisfactory please call within 24 hours to have the problem addressed. If after 24 hours the issue is not brought to my attention I will have to believe the service was satisfactory.
If we experience rain on your service day the crew will work through light rain. If the crew cannot mow your lawn because of rain it will be moved to the next day, using Saturday to get caught up. If there is multiple days in a row sometimes we will be forced to skip a service.
The preferred method of delivery for your statement is by email. If you chose to receive a paper statement it will be mailed to you. There is a small surcharge of $1 for mailed paper statements each month. All statements will be sent at the end of the month.
Zelle is the preferred method, but I realize some banks don’t offer Zelle. Other methods of payment are credit cards, check, Venmo, and PayPal. Please do not hand any payments to the crew because they can easily get misplaced.
